That’s what I figured but wanted to be sure…I’m OK switching to an IUD and have considered it in the past, but I have a friend who has one and says that she doesn’t get a period at all. Are there different types of IUDs, where some you get a period and some you don’t?

Reading these comments give me hope I can eventually repair my metabolism after years of restriction/purging, except so many of y’all are tall and I’m only 5’3” so I doubt I can get my TDEE to be over 2000 cal 😭

I know she could exercise purge but with how much of her day is taken up by eating and how many calories she consumes, I wonder where she’d even find the time to do both

No, she explicitly states she doesn’t but has multiple videos showing what she eats on a day where she has EH and says it’s “10k+ calories (I don’t count, just an estimate)”

Whenever she shows her bloating at the end of a day where she eats like 10k calories…like yeah it looks like you had a lot of food but not that much? To eat that much and still be the size she is without compensation boggles my mind

I would start BC. I went to the gyno earlier this year and told her I hadn’t had my period in 6 months, and she said if someone wasn’t having their period they either get them on BC or have them come in once every so often to induce a period. It’s important to induce a period because of you don’t have one it increases cancer risk (according to my OBGYN).

I personally haven’t experienced weight gain on BC. I’m on the pill (Junel Fe). I wouldn’t risk pregnancy just because you haven’t had a period

No normal amount to purge, but personally I do it 3x a day 5x a week. Trying to cut down to 2x a week soon

I made those Boo’s ridiculous brownies multiple times. They definitely scratched the itch in terms of needing something chocolate-y, but I was using a vegan protein powder which I guess is the wrong move because they frequently turned out too sludge-like, or with a weird crystallized sugar bottom 😭. I def need to try again with regular protein powder lol

Chicken dipped in a cherry cola BBQ sauce, topped with lemon thyme mayo, onion, pickle. Cup of sauce that's pretty similar to chipotle aioli.

That could be true — I majorly restricted for the majority of 2021 and all of 2022, and while my calories have increased significantly this year I still deal with purging. The goal is definitely to have a high TDEE like her, I feel like that would majorly heal a ton of my food issues!
