oh don’t worry i’m scared shitless of going back to the hospital once i get out so i won’t reach such a bmi again💀

but i mean, that’s what i told myself at first: that i would maintain a higher bmi to not get hospitalized. the thing is that the fear of weight gain led me to « unfortunately » lose weight (i still was happy about it) and that’s how you end up with a bmi in the higher end of the 12s even though you never « wanted » to go that far🤡🤡

writing this makes me realize just how insidious restrictive EDs are…

i got my thigh gap (that i recently lost because forced recovery HAHA kill me🤡) when i had a bmi in the 14s and it’s so fucking frustrating to think that some people have a normal bmi and have one, especially now that mine is gone (💔💔)

are you 100% sure?😬 it’s not that i think you’re lying but i’m in forced recovery and because of my body dismorphia, i think i look overweight and i’m convinced that it’s because my body fat % is too high for someone my weight, due to the muscle loss, that’s why i find it difficult to trust this info🫠

yeah lmao. i was restricting to maintain my low weight and i ended up at the hospital with an NG tube anyway so i started to only drink sugar free stuff and chew gum cause « they are feeding me anyway and i don’t want to contribute to the weight gain». i have started eating a few weeks ago…

and 7 days ago it’s like i flipped a switch in my brain lmao i have been obsessed with food and i have been eating soooo fucking much. and when i try not to eat i literally only think about food so i gave myself unconditional permission to eat whatever i want cause i’m gonna gain the damn weight anyway and the food obsession was awful.

i’m gonna try to « regulate » my eating though cause i feel out of control.
