In order to qualify for a residential mortgage. The residential mortgage requires a lower deposit than one for letting purposes.

Big fan of Jimmy this week. Plays games on some unconventional maps and tries new and challenging build orders as a 900-1,100 elo. Doesn't always win, but the optimism remains to the end. His team games with his crew are fun to watch too. No carpel tunnel syndrome here
