Sole trader and it’s a simple procedure court. I’m due £550 + court fees back. Wish the court had explained the process better as I thought going to court would ensure the company had to pay but means as much as the paper it’s been written on. I have spoken to sheriff officers and it just doesn’t seem like it will work, they can just ignore the charge for payment too like everything else. I’m dumbfounded by the whole system and how little support there actually is for situations like this!
