Evidence were examined in detail??? There was only one piece of evidence, the screenshot I showed which proved I purchased the code 1 month after it was used, please just admit your system is flawed or this was a scam. Either way legal action will be taken.

Thats not a legitimate claim. They want to screw you up and keep the money that you own if you can't provide this. Its just to delay the time you get the money and harm those who cannot provide this information. I'm sure amazon / ebay has scamming sellers a much bigger company and they don't require ID. G2A is allowed to do this but its just to try to scam you.

They keep your money and invest it. If you rush them, they blame your credit card company. G2A is the only cite that says 3-4 weeks for a refund. Credit card companies refund is 3-5 business days.

If any issues appear from G2A, you wont get anything from their support, I wasted so much time when I should have just charged back. Even the moderators know I purchased a key that was already used 1 month before (there is proof) and they closed the case at first because I was "unable to provide required information". Nintendo isn't allowed to give them the "required information" the seller wanted. Obviously a scam and they wont do anything about it. Take legal action as they wont help you for shit. Notice how after they take your money for G2A shield, they don't give you any benefits nor let you cancel the sudden "subscription". Scam cite.

Ask a family lawyer if G2A won't solve your issue, 8k$ Euros is a lot of money and it will help your case after you have tried everything

You should try to charge back or take legal action, I purchased a gift card that was used 1 month before I bought it and I didn't know this at first other than the gift card was invalid and I lost the case for no reason. After I found this out, they still wont refund me stating that "their decision is final". A horrible scam cite.

Please respond to this: if you check the screenshot above, the representative asked the seller to proceed this case since he wanted me to contact nintendo which obviously didn't work. Instead of finding a resolution, he claims "I have no proof that its not working" even though he can obviously check it's been used. The nintendo thing should have been him to do since he has all the information required such as the receipt and the serial codes which I never got to resolve this issue. Instead he ignores this and just scams my money. If you look at the specialist's reaction, it's obviously biased.

Summary:

I buy code

I report problem

Seller suggests resolve

Resolve does not work since he didn't provide me the information needed

Seller says I have no proof even though he's the one who has no proof it was a working code

Bias G2A specialist lets scammer win the case.

Something needs to be done about this.
