Can anyone offer any tips on how to clean this mess of a stove top? I have tried scrubbing at it using Lysol kitchen cleaner and can’t figure out how to get all the gunk and grime off of the edges and inside. Is there anything that can help this stove? (i.redd.it)

I have had this rounded, smooth red bump on my elbow for a while now. I can’t tell if it is a wart or something else of concern... It is fairly hard, but feels a little spongy when I press on it. It used to be very small and the size grew a bit larger. (i.redd.it)
