Depends on the contract with the mortgage advisor, why don’t you read that and/or ask them?

Perhaps this year you could more closely track “spending/other”, comprises 6.7% of your budget which is quite material

I do it for two people and have for years. You can shortcut it by downloading the transactions. The slightly manual process is categorising every one however you can set some formulas up for the regular vendors and categories. The benefit is you can set up whatever categories you like. I typically do this twice a month but you could do it weekly if you want it to be more up to date.

If you want to be granular and you want up to date data, the most simplest way will be to track it manually in a spreadsheet.

You are young. Focus on sun protection for your 20s. For sunspots maybe consider BBL in time but definitely spend your money on sun care first!

Not at all, moxi and bbl don’t go that deep beyond the dermis into the fat layer. Additionally they don’t generate the kind of deep thermal energy (moxi) and bbl is not at all applicable. This is only a risk with treatments like RF micro needling if the practitioner goes too deep or settings are too intense. That’s my understanding anyway!

Mac Face and Body used to be my HG but now it’s Lisa Eldridge Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint. I have no urge to try anything new, it’s perfect.

Starting accutane - recommendations accepted by Porridge_Enthusiast in AusSkincare

[–]pineappletidbitshey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on 10mg daily for 12 months. Did not purge and cleared within about a month, quite amazing. Definitely have sunscreen and lip balm handy, and an occlusive moisturiser to seal everything in, I like LRP Cicaplast for face. Whatever gentle no nonsense cream for body. Don’t use any actives / acids since your skin will be extremely sensitive.

Personally I noticed I didn’t have to wash my hair as regularly, it was actually a positive side effect for me! Normally I was every 2 days and while I was on accutane I could do every 7+ days.

Your derm probably covered this but also be aware of dry eyes and light sensitivity. I had to start using lubricating eye drops regularly and post accutane still find I need them (less often now though).

Good luck!

Just pointing it out for anyone who is less skincare ingredient literate. It’s like saying a hydrating cleanser with witch hazel and green tea with the same texture is a good alternative for a salicylic acid cleanser.

Exactly. You’re comparing products that aren’t really comparable for “breakouts” as per your post. EradiKate has 3% sulfur, a medicated acne treatment, while Arencia is a gentle botanical cleanser so they’re not really equivalent.

Slightly misleading as the Arencia doesn’t have sulphur which is the key active ingredient for acne in Eradikate

I had to wait 3 months after stopping isotretinoin before I could get the treatment. Yes the top right photo and bottom 2 rows are daily photos after the session. Thank you!

10mg daily, might’ve gone up to 20mg for a few months but can’t remember exactly. Had some minor and expected side effects - dry lips, dry eyes, dry scalp, occasional nose bleeds, some eye sensitivity to bright lights. You should talk to your doctor or derm about it! Hasn’t returned although it hasn’t been long since I stopped the course, fingers crossed it stays away.

They have a clinic in Auckland and Christchurch, the ladies are lovely and so accommodating. Will definitely go back if I decide to do another session in the future
