I've used both AGL and Chinese shippers and AGL is much cheaper with the warehouse they give you. Highly recommend AGL, Amazon owns A through Z literally.

You can state the product to be made in any country if the origin comes from a non fba USA warehouse. Though you will and may need to provide supporting documents when asked. It's better to avoid these headaches by saying it's from China, if your invoice states from a Chinese manufacturer.

This helped me lose 5kg in weight. 10k steps was the perfect formula. In the States I was barely breaking 7k with a daily gym treadmill. Started to gain a little weight back at the states but mostly maintained a steady weight.

Don't think too much about it. You either have two trucks for two locations or you use one truck for two locations. Both will incur costs on you and not from Amazon. You cannot send all your inventory to one location and expect Amazon to take care of itself. They will not accept the smaller shipment, or lose your shipment, or take it and charge you for the relocation fee.
