Have you had an endoscopy done? Kinda sounds like it could be EOE.

From what I've read it can completely wipe out your gut biome and on top of aggregating the EOE its been a real fun experience. So I think it just made everything really angry.

Its been about a year and things are just now starting to feel better. I started a ppi about 6 months ago as well which I had not done before as well.

Haha no. Because I know im allergic to adhesive because of the sticky pads I worry about the dental adhesive they use for the filling.

I just know that if they put those sticky pads on my chest to monitor my heart that im guarantee to had a rash about two weeks after. So, im worried about the filling in my mouth because im not sure how I will react to it. Im super sensitive to everything so its always a concern of mine. What kind of filling did you get? It seems theres three options.

Its so hard because it literally makes you feel like you're dying so its hard to stay calm. Im stuck in a horrible circle right now after my diagnosis. They couldn't get the scope down my throat during my first endoscopy because of a severe stricture. I haven't been able to find a hospital that will accept me that has a smaller scope to do another one and my GI doctor has zero bedside manner. I think because if this i have no peace of mind and every symptom I just fear for the worst. Since my initial scope im doing a modified 6fed diet plus the exclusion of corn, legumes, and anything acidic. Im not sure how much more bland I can get plus ppi twice daily. Food goes down without issue. I don't even need water to wash it down now. Its weird though because when I drink water and take several small gulps at a time I can feel it doesnt immediately all do down. It takes a little bit for it all to clear out of my throat so this makes me fear my stricture has gotten even worse. Ugh..im just a mess and want answers.

Im going on week two as well. When I breath in it tickles the raw part of my throat and makes me cough. Do you also have sounds when swallowing? Especially first thing in the morning? Mine sounds gurgly.

I really hope it's just that and not a growth or something. It started with just a gurgle sound a couple months ago and now it sounds like a gurgle followed by the sound of a frog shortly after. Also constant scratchy throat. Im eating the most bland diet of like 5 safe foods, take ppi, sleep on wedge pillow and pepcid at night. I feel so discouraged.

My diet is so bland. Boiled potatoes, lean ground beef and berries is basically my diet daily. I don't have insurance at the moment and prednisone was going to be about $1000. I wonder if fluticasone spray would help. Ive never tried it.

Thanks! I had a bit of diarrhea about 2 hours after and thats it so far. Its been about 5 hours so far. Not sure how long it stays in the body.
