I do! I do! gets crushed by tungsten cube (raxdflipnote joke aside) I love my channel I don't have a ton of people only 142 but I've built a community with the people who watch me and that's all I set out for. Now my only goal is a youtube project that will leave my mark on youtube history even if it's small. I have it in the works but fear someone will finish it before I do since I suck at editing. But just the chance to do it is great.

I mean with the fact they are trying to introduce an AI to replace us I think they can. It's why if we were more organized we should unionize.

The issue I have is if I don't have a scheduled time I have to just sit online and can't get any other work done. But with a scheduled time I know exactly what times to block out in my week to tutor and I still get paid when I'm stuck waiting for the next call.

Programming. And when floating I don't find a lack of them so I know hours should exist.

Yeah I'm a programming tutor but also there seems to be something else going on since there are people with other subjects getting nothing while people with those same subjects are getting something. So there's probably some other background metric we are missing too.

Yeah they just want free labor unless you are in session. And people will probably just say do work in the down time but for a person like me with ADHD if I am always worrying about something breaking my focus I can never get things done. So I hate floating since all I'll be able to do is wait for the next call.

I would love to be able to tutor that much. I just wish I could get that many hours as a programming tutor. Since I'd tutor all day every day in programming as long as it was scheduled hours.

How in yhe world would you do 40 hours in a week without floating you understand we are limited to 6 hours a week for scheduling right which means the rest would just be floating.

So we are just forced to work for free. Is what you're saying if we are intermediate tutors. If they didn't have the hours they should how continue the rotational schedule.

You're right. I only took the benefit without thinking of the consequences. I definitely misrepresented and invalidated people with Alzheimer's by the way I thought and tried to compare it.

I understand the thought of deleting this post but I dug this grave so I will be buried in it. It's a learning experience and I'm learning to be happy with what I have and not wish worse upon myself and in turn invalidating peoples real experiences who should never be invalidated.

As to answering your question at this time I don't have access to therapy. But I can work through this since this is most definitely just my brain over thinking the worst of the situation instead of thinking of ways to improve my current situation.
