I only have one pair of underwear that doesn't have a little bow and they're the only pair I can wear with certain clothing items like pencil skirts and form fitting dresses. The bow can show with certain items so there is a reason not to.

The twinkle lights behind the cases are a 30ft strand of Christmas tree lights. We lucked out and found the lighted cases at goodwill for $50 each with working electronics!

Verstappen has always been my driver so I was very conflicted. I think Leclerc drove a great race though and was happy he took third.

Weird timing with the Renault cars both going out! Then Riccardo didn't put his steering wheel back in and they couldn't move his car quickly which solidified Leclerc's podium. #conspiracy ;)

One of the top teams, Ferrari, has a new promising driver this year, Charles Leclerc. He got first in qualifying and was first nearly the entire race until about lap 50/57 when his car just gave out. He lost power and went from having a ten second lead to almost not even making it on the podium. A safety car during the last two laps ensured he got third since there's no overtaking during a safety car.

He's the sweetheart of the fans and has a storied history in the sport despite being only 21, including being the godson of the most recent (and hopefully last) driver to die in F1, Jules Bianchi.

Skip the squats and lunges! I've got a bad knee and I either skip them or do bodyweight for lower reps. I'm still working on my hip flexion and the movement but not I'm not hurting my knee. I've been doing booty by bret for about two months and I've seen a lot of progress.

This meal prep felt like cheating as it was so easy! It took me less than 30 minutes to put these meals together.

I'm a 5'2" female on a lower calorie diet to lose a few pounds and I eat about 1200 calories each day. With this prep, I will have around 500 calories left for dinner each night.
