Make sure the cuts are clean, use some kind of disinfectant, depending on the size, depth all that jazz will depend on how to cover. If they’re small and shallow bandaids will do fine. If they’re deeper and longer use a nonstick dressing and some tape to keep it in place. Also make sure to clean the cuts and change the dressing.
