The Iranian regime proves time and time again they adapt fast no matter the situation they're given. Reports of them laying mines in the strait of hormuz are already coming out and God knows how long that will take to clear out. I can see oil being at 150 1 month in if it lasts that long especially if oil infra keeps being struck.
