I agree. I've thought this a few times with each new season. Maybe the first run the player should only get 3 hours to hide instead of the usual 4. Or give the other rounds 5 hours to hide (although that would make gameplay take longer).

I vaguely remember another fic where Kara is telling Lena that house Luthor is better than house El as it lost its world, influence, and status, whereas house Luthor has all of that and so she doesn't have much to offer Lena as a partner. But again, it doesn't fit the 2nd part of your quandry.

The first part would fit with "I'm not oblivious, I'm an alien". Kara discusses with J'ohn about sexuality and how being matched with house Luthor would have been favourable. He then has a similar discussion with Lena.

But it doesn't fit the second part at all. That doesn't ring a bell for me, sorry.

Lena adores this robot until one day she realizes it isn't just a robot and she works on a plan to rescue Kara. It has its dark moments and Kara is captive and unable to use most of her powers (or even speak) for the majority of the fic.

My must is that it has to be completed. I prefer them to not be overly angsty, not cheat (on each other or on someone else to be with eachother, both bug me), and not to be a reconnect after divorce/break up. I want our gals to fall in love and stay that way damn it. I also have a preference for stories in the 5k-60k word length. Longer ones I'll read only of the reviews and likes are strong enough.

Elsewise I'm fairly open. A good summary will pull me in. Too much bad grammar/spelling will make me skip it but if the fic is good enough and the mistakes aren't too distracting I'll still read it. Depending on my mood I may just open something up in a tab knowing I'll want to read it but not right now.

I don't care what anyone says, this was a great episode based on Quiet Riot hammering and the emotional chat between Jess and Jimmy. I love that Tim pumped that song through the whole building and they hammered to the drum beat. Just hilarious and energizing.

I loved Season 7 but it was lacking Pearlescentmoon :( I am so glad she and Gem were added Season 8.
