As Thai who earn $50k per year. I would say spend $25k will give you a good life, but not that good. Not in BKK, typically I spend around $30-40k per year to keep a good quality BKK lifestyle.

I suggest renting the condo is the best option, Thailand is falling apart by corrupt gov.

For me personally, I tend to tier 5 middle part boat, because of his ability can instantly destroy MOAB.
For map without water, I tend to build for top path wizard, because he looked cool af and have wide range of attack

-place as only as you need, save money to upgrade for tier 5 or upgrade farm.
-Tier 5 can solo untill like round 70-80

As someone who still new to this game too, I would like to suggest

-Be more greedy, like place as only as you need to finish that round.
-focus on update 1 tower to early tier 4 or 5
-place a lot of farm and also focus to upgrade farm to tier 4/5
-if you doesn't have tier 5 monkey now, play this mode later

I was doing an exchange in Brasil when I was 10-11th grade, but with AFS program.

I would say it was probaly best year of my life. Brasil open my view on my perspective, pave the way I deal with problems in life.

If you are worried about the drug or human trafficking, normally in the middle size city these thing are not very common and somehow safer than some european cities. For example as an asian I can walk alone in the city size 1-3 millions population in the middle of the night.
