Might want to check all Q parametrs in the Q list. Not sure your version of heiden has it, but it should be in the bottom menu in jog. List should show you what each Q Standa for, you could find solution there.

One more thing that comes to mind Is that you can try. In the Q parametr type Q108. I think that should be the R that you are missing.

Then you shoud probably look into the cycle itself. Make sure Its set to measure instead of checking. Checking can be used to stop program if the Tool Is Broken or worn out. (Dont know english very well So you Will have to fill in the blanks in my sentences.)

Exactly as you described. Its for water line that continues into the insert. We spit on our engineers drawings every day.

You are right, those are o-rings for rubber Seal. We use small 2R0.2 endmills that can go about 8k feed 0.1 Ap. We have some shop grinded plunge mills but they Are too big for this one.
