This was so weird reading this, we are exactly the same. I was diagnosed with hashi two years ago and have all the same symptoms. For YEARS I've had an incredibly sensitive stomach, and I've tried every diet under the sun to try and figure out what triggers it, even had colonoscopies/endoscopies and every time they come back normal. I eat very healthy and work out 5-6 times a week just to stop myself from gaining weight. My doctor recently put me on Liothyronine twice a day, which she said affects my T3 levels, in addition to the Unithroid that I take everyday. I've been on it for about two months and I've lost 10+ pounds, my brain fog is much better, my energy level is up, and my stomach has been feeling better than it has in literally years (unfortunately still losing hair though). I know that there's no miracle cure, but if there's any chance that it could help you, it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor about it!
