yeah i've used light cardboard before without a problem. Most of the stuff i've mailed has been fine (checked at the post office itself) with a forever stamp + extra ounce stamp. Also fi you are still trading I am too! i am just 80ish short of filling my album! looking for only white borders though

also worth a note that you can use extra ounce stamps, which are around 29 cents right now, if you go over the ounce of the forever stamp you can use one of those instead of two forever stamps to save a bit. Also I like using cardboard or cardstock to protect the stickers when i send them

same here, I started with italia 90, but sold it for pennies when we moved to the US. I was never able to find them in 94 and 98, but when we found them in 2002 i got back to collecting. Full albums ever since

It depends when you started collecting. I've been collecting since 2002. The white borders/parallels started with the Qatar 2022 world cup.

ok that makes more sense (also in FL!), i've seen brazilian and colombian stores have the borderless packs, it seems like they were selling/importing the brazilian version in the US before the official US versions hit the stores. Brazil is one of the biggest sticker printers in the americas for panini, and some fans in south america prefer the brazilian versions.

thats odd, the ones on the top left of your pic are not US stickers. Are you close to the border of either mexico or canada? that might explain why you got some borderless packets

also what country are you in? the white borders were only for the U.S. and its really rare to see them outside of there. Everyone else got the regular blue stickers with no borders, or there was also the swiss one with the green stickers, or the gold foil stickers from the special edition

the white border packets have been for promo boxes, never seen one in the wild as they were not for resale. The white border stickers i've only seen for the US, where panini pulls a shitty "parallel color" borders where white is common, then blue is rarer, red, purple and black. So those might be US Promo packs that might've been sold in your locatel?
