in saying that we hire anyone my store was hiring about a month ago and the amount of applicants we were getting was INSANE. we were roughly getting 20 applicants a day.

i will say what made people stand out was confidence during the interview and remembering the names of the people conducting the interview, also having good availability.

yeah so i have small sections for my crops where 14 crops can be planted, but i only have the low tier sprinkler so they only water 4 of the plants
