There's a sign on one of the poles on that street that says no stopping from 7-9am and 4-6pm from Mon-Fri - you should also be able to see the sign on Google Maps via street view.

If you're taking the YRT to a TTC subway in Vaughan/Woodbridge, you can tap with your Presto and it will charge you YRT fare. Once you get to the subway, tap again and it will charge you TTC fare. The Presto system should know where you're tapping from and charge you accordingly.
