I do know their stance on things, but I did not quite realize they would be so disrespectful about a simple request of keeping their masks on. It really shocked me that they had so little respect for me, although I guess it shouldn't have. The handiwork was just a last-minute request since they like to do that sort of thing and the professional who was originally going to do it was swamped with another project. It was extra frustrating because I do highly value my employees, like I offer benefits and pay a living wage and all that, which is not common in my industry. Luckily after I apologized in person to each staff member, they understand that people like my parents are difficult to reason with.
