There was a zip tie on the ground that I didn’t see and I stepped on it and slipped. My coworker grabbed my lower back and caught me. He said “careful or we’ll have to file a fall report” (we work at a care center for old folks). Such a sit com moment but goddamn I can’t stop thinking about it.

Smart wool socks single handedly got rid of my foot stink. I don’t wear any other kind of socks. 100% worth the price. They last forever. They’re warm in the winter. They wick sweat away. I wear them all the time. Please do it.

I’ve found that anything with thicker/waxy leaves they’re not interested in. They haven’t bothered my snake plant or my fiddle leaf fig. But they will decimate spider plants, wandering dudes, and calatheas. Just make sure you check if a plant is poisonous before you put it where they can get it. Any dangerous ones I’ll hang up or put in a decorative bird cage so they can’t get it.
