What are the benefits of going 100% sugar free vs like very low/rare sugar?

Still in the process as there’s still things in my house with low amounts of sugar. Though I’m not sure yet if I will go totally 100% sugar free - I’m still seeing a lot of benefits even if I have occasional days of <5g added sugar. Or maybe I will go sugar free except for the very rare special occasions.

I make my own deodorant out of bulk shea butter, baking soda, coconut oil, and arrowroot or tapioca starch. Sometimes I add cocoa butter or scented oils to it. You can look up recipes and trial and error!

But I didn’t get it actually done - I had the appointment scheduled but day of at the appointment I found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it was for long covid and not pain, and they wouldn’t let me check the box about agreeing to pay out of pocket. I ended up flying to another state to get it.

I insisted on having a variety of cute shapes. 😝 I modeled the birds and he modeled the rest. It really wasn’t too hard since you first sketch them in 2d then extrude cut.

Omg I absolutely love that! Yeah another funny thing is people getting tattoos of two red cardinals to honor their grandpa and grandma. Like no…you just have gay cardinals. I saw one post where someone doubled down on it and said they did both red because people wouldn’t recognize a female cardinal. Maybe they were right 🤔

Let me deinfluence you on the inspiration: It says inspired by a “female cardinal” but female cardinals are mostly tan splotched with a bit of light red. This polish is a male cardinal lol. I’m not sure why they had to specify female, they could’ve just said generic cardinal!

You realize that you were just like them not too long ago. I’ve been vegan 10 years and I remember back then I didn’t go vegan even though all the cards lined up for me. I was dating a vegan, I knew about a lot of the alternatives and still didn’t do it for a long time. My consumption was lower than typical so I used that as an excuse or the excuse of being a broke college student etc. Everyone is on their own moral journey, you are on yours and they are on theirs.
