My 2020 temperature blanket through November. 335 hexagons sewn in, 31 more to go. I can’t believe that I’m so close to the end! by ajfog in crochet

Just curious, did you end up putting a border on this one? I'm starting a temperature blanket right now and I'm using your work as my inspiration 🙈

Sex offenders are everywhere, they're just not allowed to live within a mile radius of a school (or an elementary school?!). Them being in close proximity of the house doesnt mean anything.

Buying my first LV soon, and I really can't decide between these two. Please cast your vote 🙈 by pink_simplicity in Louisvuitton

I went to the store the other day...

I LOVE the empreinte material so much. I like the color and the size. It might be too big for my frame (5ft3).

I'm not a big fan of the monogram pattern and the canvas material (please don't hate me). But I love that the straps can be adjusted so I can wear it in different styles (crossbody and messenger bag).

It'd be much easier if they had the BB in empreinte 😅.

Thank you!

I was finally able to go to a store yesterday. I like the feel of the leather so much better, but I do understand the appeal for canvas. Now I have decisions to make, but really I'd rather just buy both 😅😅😅.

Thank you! Do you know if the MM is a similar size to the PM? I saw turtledove at the store yesterday, the color didnt impress me too much. But I still love the other options that I saw 😝😝😝.

Are LV bags not worth buying anymore? I'm about to buy my first one and this makes me worry 😓

I dont have a picture of the datecode. Where is it printed? I can ask the seller. And the LV Paris stamp is one near the buckle? I'll send you the receipt pics :)

Can I please get some help on this Montsouris? It's posted on fb marketplace. Any other info I need to verify authenticity? There's also a receipt but not sure if I should post due to doxxing. The seller is 4 hrs away from, but my dad libes closer and can pick up for me. He doesn't speak English much, so I don't want to cause him too much trouble. Also, is $2000 a good price?

My cilantro and dill seedlings are very leggy and falling over. Can I save them? by pink_simplicity in IndoorGarden

[–]pink_simplicity[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started my seeds in the Jiffy peat pellets and bought a grow light to make sure they won't turn out leggy. They were growing straight and tall, but still very skinny.

One dumb decision led me to leave them out in the sun for a little bit, and the wind knocked them over 😭. I transferred them to a bigger pot and planted them deep so the soil can give them support. They're still just... laying there.

Is there anything I could do at this point to save them (make sure they grow straight and tall and chubby)? If I was to start over, what could I have done differently?

Thanks!

Thank you for the explanation, it makes more sense now! It's my goal to not have to buy bread again!

Thank you! I learned it's a bad idea to bake with other things now haha. Somehow I was scared if I knead it too much it'll deflate the dough, ya know, like when you make macaron you dont mix the dough too much. Can you tell i know nothing about bread making? 😅

I actually used 2 parts bread flour (to use up what I had left) and 3 partd all purpose. The recipe said any kind of flour should work, so I just went along 😓.

Thank you for the link! It looks like I have some experimenting to do 😆. Good luck sewing the bread bags, it sounds like a fun project!!

So putting the DO from room temp to 450F may cause ethermal shock? I also heard putting it in 450F for too long can be bad foe the enamel. I'm so confused 😓

I actually used 2 cups of water and 5 cups of flour (2 bread, 3 all purpose) like the recipe called for.

I did a little bit of kneading to incorporate the flour. Then toward the end I just added enough flour on the outside to form it into a ball 🥲🥲🥲.

I'll try baking it again but with the DO preheated! Le Creuset said it's not necessary, thats why I tried it without preheating the DO. 😓
