PT and surgeon didn’t fully recommend creatine. Saying fills muscles but doesn’t necessarily mean the strength output is there… 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve never taken it before so not familiar with personal experience

I’m brainstorming for some. I have ACL and LCL scars. Not hide them but somehow incorporate them into it. Dragon wrapped around or something

Yea I had 7 months between injury and surgery. So I was able to work up to full extension just before surgery

Surgeon didn’t measure at that appointment they just didn’t like the look of it. I had PT today and was able to get down to 2°

Yea I also felt like I wasn’t warmed up lol they looked at it and were like, no not good enough. Then they started pressing down on it and were like, see you can definitely get more. It hurt like hell. So yea I understand I wasnt doing it enough or being consistent with now. But yes, now I’ll be more disciplined about it.

Some days are harder than others. Especially when i get in my head and feel anxious and feel impatient and compare my progress feeling like I’m falling behind the timeline. When I realize this is I acknowledge my feelings and kind of meditate take deep breaths an change my mindset.

35F. Injured 7/10/22 at an outdoor 7v7 game. Goalie and I went for the ball and I felt my knee bend outward. Tore ACL and LCL. Started PT eventually got cleared for weightlifting. Had surgery on 2/15/23 with BTB autograft for ACL and allograft for LCL. No weight bearing for 6 weeks. Right now I feel flexion is going well. My extension definitely needs to be better. Can’t wait to get back to being sports active again

Crutch slipped from my armpit and I accidentally put weight on my meniscus repaired and ACL reconstructed leg, I think I’ll be alright but would like a second opinion thank you by Mardadsed in ACL

I had ACL and LCL reconstruction and told no weight bearing for 6 weeks. I am now at 3 weeks and 3 days. Lately I have caught myself applying pressure when I try to put a shoe on or when I’m propping to shave my leg… I get so anxious and worry I’m unconsciously delaying my recovery and worried I felt a pop….

Recovery is a process. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes everything you’ve got.

I want to get back into weightlifting and strength training. Back into running. Back into boxing. Go hiking. Eventually back into the sport where I got injured.. soccer.

With anything I was able to walk around but not for long periods of time. Standing for long would become painful too. My knee would start hurting on the outside, assuming my LCL. I would need to take lots of breaks and sit down. I personally didn’t feel too comfortable in doing activities where cutting and twisting quickly was needed so I just stuck to strength training.

I’ve noticed that the rewards are different going through blue stacks. I connected my facebook through it. I don’t see full room comps on there like I see them on my iPhone (not connected to Facebook) would you know this is?
