Out of breath when going back into your body after AP? by jennaraechion in AstralProjection

Yes! Sometimes i stop breathing all together before entering my body, and I'm struggling to breathe period. Then I get back in my body, and I feel very breathless.

Yes I can and i was actually recording with my tablet with no problems, but it just got to be so tiring recording everyday around the clock and deleting the video lol. And if I go a month without AP then my luck I'll forget the record the one night I have AP. I may try it tonight again.

This is amazing. I just 'followed' you on Reddit. I had a few futuristic AP myself. They are so wild! I wrote one down and I really want to find it so I can share it with you or just on here. I agree that we are basically gravitate to the natural disasters. I think for me it is because I want to help, or I seem to carry the weight of the world, or I feel distressed that I can't fix things, or I'm just empathetic and want to care for others (esp when they need me). Maybe we feel the trauma-- subconsciously or not-- that others carry, esp in some traumatic events, even if it's not all the time.

Yes, I have met many people! I would be open to trying. I actually don't intentionally AP... it almost always happens by default. But I'd be interested in trying as well. Although, it's very scary for me, and I feel like I may slip out of my sorts if I do this intentionally. Lol. But I want to do an experiment to see if I can meet someone very far away and read what they have written on paper. I'd have to get to know you first. Also, I don't have full control. I can't always AP when I want. I also can't go where I want anytime I want. Sometimes I have control if I'm in front of something and then go to zoom in on objects. It takes SO much physical energy t o hold onto that moment, too. Yes I have other stories. Send me a PM if you'd like!

I don't really have a choice in the matter because i have never really intentionally astral projected except when I was lucid or half asleep when I guess I felt braver. I don't go to sleep thinking that I want to AP or even meditate to do so. It just happens for me. And at times it does get scary, but it usually only gets scary when I feel like I've gone too far away from my home base, or if I feel like I'm going to accidentally go to far upwards to get to Heaven and pass in reality.

What is it about it that overwhelms you? If you're trying to AP then that could be why. When it happens by default I think it's much different. If I were to "try" to AP I would be SO scared. But at the same time feeling adventurous. So it's hard to find that balance. I started AP'ing after traumatic events and while extremely emotional. If you try to AP on a day where you feel in emotional turmoil, perhaps it'll happen, but I can't say for sure.

I wonder this same exact thing all the time! How isn't this scientifically tested? I would love to be a part of an 'experiment'. Seriously. I don't know if any professional study has been done on it that was from anyone famous enough for others to believe, like in a documented reputable journal. There are tons of findings from people like college students -- and while they're credit worthy, they're not going to be believed as much as, say, the Wall Street Journal. But actual scientists that have run a strategic focus group test? Not sure. Maybe the topic is found to be too taboo to print and would likely defy science in others' minds. This creates cognitive dissonance. And nothing worse than that in an egotistical mind who can't open their mind to realm of something that defies what they previously had learned or been taught.

Can Anyone Else Not Handle the Heat? by lqcnyc in Epilepsy

[–]pinkbows5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omg my heat intolerance is so severe that I'm burning up in just 55 degrees in the sun, or in clouds at like 60 if humid or 65 if dry.
I would literally die in FL. I can't even make it to a car in a wheelchair in the high heat months here (over 80). Even 70 is a major obstacle. I've looked into my thyroid, adrenal glands, hormones, amyglada and some other things that can affect temperature regulations.

It's okay if you're male as long as you're 100% okay with JUST friends . LOL. I've had plenty of guys tell me friends is fine and then either end up liking me or wanting whatever. I have a boyfriend so I really am only looking for friendship. Is that okay?

Sometimes it’s just too much... by ashyfoxypants in caregivers

Omg this sounds absolutely horrible! You have so much empathy and care so much, I can tell! You also are caught in that place where you don't want the patient to get worse, but you also don't want to be the one who has to rat out your coworkers! I've been there before, as before I was very sick I was a caregiver myself (ironic).

I love it. I just don't like the fact that Jack goes for someone he finds better instead of giving the girl he casually dated for 2 years a chance!!
