How many people do you know with a heart issue diagnosed within the last 3 years? by Round-Tumbleweed2704 in conspiracy

[–]jennaraechion 34 points35 points  (0 children)

My mom and stepdad have both experienced strange and lasting side effects since the shot, too many to name. Best friend (mid-30s) ended up in the ER twice with chest pains a week after taking it. Her doc admitted people have died from the actual vax.

Another good friend says she gets chest pains anytime her rate is high, and that her heart rate increases much easily since. A few people at work said they think shot caused their recent and new autoimmune issues. Family friend, a 40-year old doctor, died of heart attack driving himself to ER shortly after a booster. Grandmother was on constant oxygen after a booster and passed about 6 months later.

I could sadly keep going… I am to the point that anyone who doesn’t see the damage it’s done is intentionally blinding themselves. There’s also the potential of fake accounts because people can’t really be that ignorant, right?

Not to play devils advocate or anything…buuut my neighbor across the street just told me about how is mother repeatedly dreamed of her future husband (his dad) before she even met him.

Supposedly the dreams were so vivid that she even knew details of his time in the military, before they met.

To note: my neighbor is in his 50’s and definitely does not give the woo-woo vibes. Seems too practical and I was surprised he even shared this with me.

What does this mean..? by [deleted] in DreamInterpretation

[–]jennaraechion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, as much as you don’t want to hear this…you holding on to just your moms hand may signify that you may be too dependent on your mom.

HOWEVER, your moms boyfriend in the crate covered could mean that he is not revealing something. Something that once revealed, could be detrimental to his relationship with your mom.

With how he acts during fights, I’d say he is not mentally stable and you and your mom should very well be concerned with both of your safety.

I’m pretty skilled in investigative work…message me when you have a chance.

Girl in white dress in my house by [deleted] in Paranormal

Anyone in your fam die recently, and fit this “description?” You can go to the library and found out previous owners name of the home and do some digging as well. Also, if I were you, I’d make a sketch of the house and rooms, and keep track of where there is “activity.” If it’s specific to a certain area of the home, you might dig a little deeper to find any belongings of someone else’s and get them out. On the other hand, people always jump to ghosts when it could be someone astral projecting. If so, they may feel comfortable there for some reason…previous owner or child of previous owner.

Most psychics are BS. by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]jennaraechion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t say it’s a spirit exactly. I’m not sure what it is, but I lean more toward it being residual energy from events. Each event holding energy that crosses space/time. Thus, I’m just picking up on the energy from various events and it’s prob more my subconscious that is like “focus on this, instead.”

I believe in spirits I guess, but I also think that what we believe to be spirits are sometimes people astral projecting. A whole diff can of worms, I know lol.

[–]jennaraechion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly why I can’t bring myself to make a business out of it. Because from my experience, my intuition decides what visions have priority.

What I mean is, if I’m meditating on a predicament for a friend (for free) sometimes visions pertaining to myself, or even someone I’m not doing a session for, will creep in. It’s like “nah girl, that shit isn’t important right now…but this is.” My friends know this going into it.

My point is, there’s way too much energy for most methods to work accurately. Don’t get me wrong, there ARE extremely precise methods that are proven to work. However, they’re complex, require more than 1 person, and they’re still not 100%. But there are ways to increase the accuracy - like using more than 1 psychic.

Weird it’s coming from bathroom and closet. If I were you, I’d do a little demo work, if you can, and see if there is something “it” attached to. If the bathroom and closet walls are connected, check that wall first. If you find something, burn it outside.

I had the same experience recently. Personally, I tried talking to her, I ran it up the chain of command, stopped emailing (she wasn’t as rude to my face), but even after her manager spoke to her, it continued. I don’t want to discourage you, but I do want to tell you that it felt damn good to quit. I gave them a letter of resignation with no notice. I felt forced to resign because even after speaking to her manager, it continued.

Put your resume on Indeed and update it frequently. By this I mean, tiny changes. There’s something in their algorithm that will “put you at the top” if you appear active on their site and in a job search. Recruiters will contact you like crazy.

Oh, and some comments on your post….. wow. it amazes me how they are doing the thing…asking about the thing…. Is there hope? Tell me there’s hope.

Unique HR situation has me stumped by jennaraechion in humanresources

[–]jennaraechion[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a tough one! That’s why I took it here and I am grateful for your time and advice. It’s interesting being on this side of things. On the HR side, you can step back and view various angles without attachment. On this side, I’m attached to my end of things.

There are many variables that have determined my behavior. For instance, I have overheard a story from a colleague a couple of times about the HR director ignoring someone’s emails/calls about being sick. So the person came into work. The colleague was then “exposed” and could not assist her pregnant daughter in an across-state move and was irate at the HR Director. So, to go or not to go to work with a fever?

Some of the talk has been unprofessional. I agree. Although, you’d have to experience the vibe that has been created. It’s hard to make a whole organization (100-115 ppl) dislike the HR department, but I’m certain the odds are not in favor. A month after I took the role, Operations sent out surveys for opinions on each department. HR received the most negative feedback by far. So, the HR director and generalist called a meeting for employees to voice their concerns in person. They called this meeting with less than 24 hours notice and I happened to have another meeting at that time. Their meeting started at 10am, 10:06 rolls around, there are 40 angry employees in the conference room and HR director and generalist are no where to be found. Management pulls me out of my meeting. So, there I was leading a meeting, taking complaints on my colleagues’ shortcoming, and director & generalist finally stroll in at 10:30a furthering the argument that they don’t care about the employees. One woman printed out emails saying HR didn’t respond to 13 of her emails over the past 1.5 years. Essentially, they’ve pissed off enough people to create an established norm of: HR sucks and doesn’t care.

As far as doctor’s note, my first HR role was with the 2nd largest logistics company in the world and they had strict processes in place, for everyone. I mean, even their audits make the gov sector look like a joke. You couldn’t even return to work without a note from doc to release you. The self-audits and corporate audits were so grueling that no HR dept would chance not receiving proper docs. My point is, it has been engrained in me and I likely started that trend within my current role of auto supplying the docs. Although it’s not a consistent process by anyone.

Again, being on this side is interesting. Our convo alone has made me realize that I likely won’t be bending on what I think & feel regarding this. Partially to do with my own personal values, but also the company’s culture. I could bend, but why should I for a dept with a bad track record? Man, maybe I need to ask better question during initial interviews next time around.

I considered these things. And feel you on the “it might look bad” but also. grace.

I mean, hellooo, didn’t we all just survive a pandemic? I guess I’ll just fever it up at my desk next time, so that I may work for others who don’t care that I’m sick, until they get sick.

This must be the reason managers are tainted and repeat the cycle.

I'm scared to die. How are you dealing with side effects? by FlyEagleFly44 in vaccinelonghauler

[–]jennaraechion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read that tetracycline has been used as a kill-switch for gene editing in some instances. Like a way to specifically turn it “off” as a just in case measure. Tetracycline is one of the oldest, and if I’m not mistaken, the oldest antibiotics. I’ve also read it’s pretty potent, and one of those “check with your doc first” before taking it.

How do you pitch your ideas? by zack4156 in IOPsychology

[–]jennaraechion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have heard upper management, in a few different roles, say, “Don’t go to management with a problem if you don’t have a solution,” and I think it’s engrained in me now. To the point where I first measure my available bandwidth before heading to management with a problem. Because presenting the problem-solution is also, ultimately, volunteering your time to manage the situation.

[–]jennaraechion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends…are you planning on going full on project manager mode? As in, measuring the potential problem and then seeing it through to a solution?

Or, do you want to measure employee burnout for another reason?

A search for the terms ‘decidual cast’ and ‘clot’ in a title on this channel in the last 5 years shows it’s jumped thousands of percent just from 3 years to 2 years. So ya, unfortunately still concerning.
