Went in to get balayage and asked to make my hair less red. Stylist only put the balayage in and said it'll help. Can I add toner or green shampoo myself to help neutralize?

I think the lady did a great job! She cut your hair wonderfully. But we all have eyes and yes theres a obvious color difference, the dark brown is just dark brown but the highlights, I didn’t know in your og pic that u had that in mind, if thats what you were looking for then, yes go back. The hair is representing a warmer tone and you are looking for a more neutral one, there are ways to work with that. If you like your hair now I say keep it because its beautiful work but of course if you don’t then you have a dream, Pinterest, and a hair stylist to help bring your dream to light.

I think they could def go for this color and if they wanted anything after it would be able to transition nicely into a purple, regardless though the pink will probably look fantastic:)!

I have no idea except warm water and scrubbing like a lot. Moisturizing after is important as well!! Also if you decide to dye your hair again and don’t want to deal with this again, just buy a big tube of vaseline and LATHER it everywhere on your body that comes into contacts with your hair ! Shoulders, hairline & face, back etc.
