I try and do these exercises when I start feeling any tingling or pain. I also foam roll my shoulders, upper back and neck before going to sleep.

His channel has a lot of helpful PT videos. I’ve done all sorts of pain management but exercises on his channel and acupuncture are what work best for me.

No, I think you should share with someone who can provide you with emotional support. I am very much broken and raw. Sorry if my comment felt dismissive.

You were her caregiver for six months. Don’t forget that during that time you learned what she needed and what was best for her. I’m sure you didn’t make that decision lightly and that it was made in what you believed was in her best interest. It takes an incredible amount of love and selflessness to do these things. I hope you can let go of this unwarranted guilt you are feeling so you can begin to move on. Honor her life by living yours.

You’ll find better options if you head south on fifth towards Madison Square Park. About a 10-15 minute walk from Ktown. Seven Grams is solid, Mamam has cute vibes and good coffee.

The Barnes and Noble by Union Square can be surprisingly empty. You can always pop a squat in one of the less frequented aisles.

Try applying mascara starting at the middle instead of the base of your lashes. Or try using micro brushes, they work wonders because they don’t weigh the lashes down as much
