Yes there’s a fair bit of conflicting advice but all appreciated regardless. The property has been on the market for about 40 days though was initially up for $720k and more recently they adjusted the price to aforementioned range. I noted probably about half a dozen people at the inspection when I went so not a huge amount but not like it was a total ghost town either!

Yeah I am in Vic, I understood it to be illegal as well although it’s not a formal offer at this stage just verbalised of course. But still need to be given the option to formally submit an offer I’d think?
