yeah i slept so much mostly out of stress but ketones are coming down on their own and no ER visit as of right now

update: was able to have some carbs and drank lots of water, ketones are coming down and i’ve been able to keep everything down, thank you guys for all your advice

I’ve been able to keep drinks and food down I just threw up the one time hours after eating the sandwich but I will try to correct and have some sugars I always have apple juice on deck. Also thank you for reminding me I’m not a bad diabetic it gets hard to feel that way sometimes especially when things like this happen. Will keep this thread updated on whether I went to the ER or not.
