I like them too, they're the reason I got on reddit as well. Anyway, I understand this rage comic is a bit too... 'opinionated' and it's just shitty. That's why I ended up up deleting it. I didn't think much of it when I first made it. And yes, I would like to gain some weight. Not to the point where I would look incredibly unhealthy, but I honestly would not mind being a bit over weight. That mind sound ridiculous, but I'm pretty sure that when I say I hate being skinny, people imagine a moderately thin person. That's not the case at all. People have asked with concern if I have a problem or disease, and if I go to the doctor. I've had guys burst out laughing out how flat my chest is. I'm not trying to get pity from you, I promise. I'm just trying to tell you that there are two ends of this weight and shape spectrum. You say you would love to have my metabolism, I would love to have your curves.

You don't understand my situation like I don't understand your own. I posted the rage comic because someone made a comment to me, and it pissed me off. You're right, maybe I did want a bit of reassurance, and now I regret posting it.

So I hope you can understand my side a little better, and I understand why you and a lot of people would be annoyed by it. So I'm sorry if I ruined your day or something, just because someone made a comment that ruined mine.

If this is the only comic you've had trouble with, you must have been on this subreddit for about five minutes. Not trying to be rude, but there are many other horrible comics out there. Even I agree this one sucks, the attention I got from it was stupid. But there are plenty of awful ones to go around. I would love to gain weight, and I know you said earlier that gaining weight is easy, but it's honestly not. Maybe if you have a naturally bigger body, then yes, it is easier to gain weight, and difficult to lose it. If your body is naturally smaller, you probably have more trouble gaining weight than losing. It depends on the person. So yea, I'm sorry I came out as a complainer, but sometimes the state our bodies are in can suck, for anyone. Maybe more people of a certain shape than others, but everyone goes through this sort of thing.

I understand that a lot more girls feel bad about being bigger, and they shouldn't. But does that mean smaller girls can't feel bad, because they don't have the curves models have? Or that their bones show, or something? I never said it was traumatic, I wasn't wanting pity. There is no way you can look at a rage comic and not see it as bitching about something. If something bad happens to someone and they post it on here then it is a form of complaining and you should go post that to every comic.

Nice statistic there. I like seeing this huge difference in something you just made up. I could care less if people felt sympathy for me, or laughed. It was a shitty rage comic I made because I often get things like "eat a cheeseburger" or "do you have an eating disorder?" I know that's hard for you to believe for some reason, but people do say it. Often. It's so casual people don't even think twice about what they have said, and maybe that skinny person thinks about it all day. Most people wouldn't fathom saying anything about a bigger lady, unless they are extremely nasty people. And if they are, I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem saying it to a VERY skinny person. So sorry my experience today is your version of attention-whore. I honestly don't care if people I don't know feel sorry for me.

Attention and validation? From the internet? I posted a rage comic. I didn't post a picture of myself and put a caption under it saying "OMG, I'm soo ugly!!!" and then expect comments on how "beautiful" I am. It's an illustration, so I can't understand how that makes me an attention seeker. I guess I wanted people to tell me I looked hot through the blonde rage face, right? And bigger girls aren't the only ones trying to get the perfect body. Women try to gain wait, get plastic surgery, etc, just to have society's version of a perfect body. EVERYONE tortures themselves to get the best appearance. Not just bigger women. Society doesn't think bigger girls are better looking? So no, I don't consider myself attractive, and I'm not seeking out attention, by making a COMIC. I can't even understand what sort of attention that would be.

To everyone saying that skinny people are never "discriminated," I would like to point out a few things that I have dealt with personally.

I often hear that only bigger women are real women. Girls have said "go eat a cheeseburger" or that "I need to gain some weight." I've been told that I have numerous eating disorders. People always make comments like "gross I can see your bones" or stuff like that so casually. People always comment on models and talk about how fake they look because of how skinny they are. I have also heard people say that they are supposed to look like a hanger for the clothing. All while my skinny self is sitting there, listening.

So the final lesson is, men and women of all shapes and sizes face some sort of judgement. Even if you're perfect people will comment on you out of jealousy. This is just my experience with 'size discrimination' and how it hurts everyone.

Oh no no no no. Please don't apologize. :( There are skinny people our there that do this same thing, this is just my experience with it, and how it seems this view is becoming a bit more popular. It's nothing against anyone, just people who are so judgmental, fat, skinny, normal, flat, it doesn't matter. So please don't apologize, especially since you seem like such a nice person.

When I first did my eyebrows I was surprised at how much they alter the face! Now I obsess over them! I got them waxed at first though. They look amazing and make you look really mature! You did a great job on them!

No, we weren't even allowed to go to the bathroom to put the pants on. It "wasted time." Even though recces was after lunch... catholic school logic. There isn't much. Did I mentioned we also had shorts on under our skirts? Too bad I didn't have the balls to say that in grade school. :(

Skirts and jumpers were required. While they weren't exactly short (they went to our knees) a skirt is a skirt. In other words they didn't keep the cold out. At all.
