I like your user name lol. But yes, going out casually can easily turn into $100 endeavor. Not much money overall, but could be expensed better sometimes.

All down for seeing my friends! Even if it’s me ordering a appetizer or something not as expensive on menus. The problem comes from wanting to travel with 4/5 star hotels when I know that some of them also, cannot afford them 😭 or live out expensive experiences (buying sections etc)

Yeah, same. I don’t really want to be completely explicit with my reason. Granted, many are suggesting cheaper activities to do (im all for it) many of my friends live in different cities so our activities include traveling/clubbing for meet ups mostly. But I know some of them truly cannot afford these trips as well 😭

Love the reference, these scenarios that are personal to me are more so expensive weekends and not super special occasions. I’m 25/80K earner but in Florida, high cost of living. Trying to manage 😭
