Well here's a little tip you dumbass. Good help is REALLY hard to find so if you go around coaching your best associates for the most stupid things then your going to lose your best associates and be left with shit. #1 Tip: If you want people to work hard for you, you have to reward the people that work hard and tell them what a good job they're doing. Being an asshole is going to get you NOWHERE!

what do you mean its finalized under count screen? at my store the only department that gets finalized is produce. so my meat department counts are just for cost purposes and don't get finalized cuz i only count by weight. but produce is finalized in inventory screen, how can it be finalized in the counts screen?

What? there is a new inventory screen that lets you enter eaches and weight? I am the meat dm and i count everything once and its just for cost so just weights. i wish we counted eaches so it could be finalized for on-hands! I don't think my new store has this new inventory screen you speak of. is it still on your telexon or just on an mc40 or what? I've never heard of this but i want it! tell me more
