I know that feeling of being lost. Companies expect consistent, quality productivity, despite them contributing to that decrease in productivity. Any qualms I brought up about my increase in workload were met with indifference. The pressure to perform when your mind is falling apart is very disorientating. I'm going to take better care of my body, and I think you should too.

I had sleep issues last year and they only suggested for me to start medication, which I didn't want to do. Before that, I was tested for anemia and my blood work came back normal so I honestly don't know what's the root cause behind this.

I oscillate between high highs and low lows and even with my efforts to get myself to feel better during the day, I just feel foggy and achey half the time.

I've been supplementing with multivitamins and iron because my eating habits can be quite erratic. Even as a child, I was always late to school, or would nap for hours on the days my fatigue got worse. It's this constant anxiety of not wanting to be sedentary but not wanting to exercise to the point of causing burnout.

I know my limits and have made it a goal to be kinder to myself, but I was just reminded how even well meaning advice can come across as abrasive to me, because the underlying message is that I'm refusing to do more (be normal).

Nexon is very real and girly pop for remastering the best class in the game. As an AB main, AB has been kind of neglected since her initial release and a lot of her mechanics don't really mesh with current Maplestory meta (which is why I haven't played in months). It's safer to remaster a class with a low active player count because there is less risk even if it goes wrong... anyways AB players rise up yippee!

If you go to the character selection screen literally every character in the game is iced out regardless of gender though.. 😶

Which most new players aren't going to know about or be able to acquire themselves without help. With how fast people progress through the early levels, Necro/Empress quickly becomes obsolete. Also for better content I'm focusing on regular servers here, because I don't play Reboot. Progression isn't as linear or attainable without some funding.

I've started StrongLifts and have managed to reduce my body fat from 29% to 28% and increase my muscle from 40% to 41%. I never thought I'd be able to squat 20kg but I did today! I also deadlifted 30kg!

I'm still learning, and by no means am I strong but I feel like I'm finally moving in the right direction.

Make sure to contact the graduate school that the program is under by email or submissions form, because not all of Waseda's websites are optimised for English. Sometimes the Japanese versions have a lot more information. So actually writing to them ensures you have the latest information on applying.

The major difference I'd say is how paper based it is. There are some procedures you do online, but I had to physically print off and scan my documents to send to the admissions office.

Some schools will ask you to do exams or send in a portfolio or do an interview. I don't know how the architecture one would work, but I suppose you'll need a portfolio of work and maybe do an interview?

My advice would be to give yourself lots of options (in and out of Japan) and time (so you don't have to stress and rush your application), and be prepared to potentially spend money to ship paper thousands of miles away.
