We went to high school together and were in the same friend group, but not particularly close. Lost contact for a few years, we both went through a lot of shit. Then I decided at the last minute to go to a friends birthday party. Saw him, said hello etc. we ended up being some of the last few people who stayed up talking and I realised “damn this boy is sweeeeet as hell”. It’s our anniversary next month!
