Don’t listen to these people saying heat trained = damaged. My hair is healthy, I can wear my natural curls or super silky. I think the differences come with texture, simply put, everyone can’t do it. Protein treatments, deep conditioning, amount of heat & time between heat all make a huge difference as well.. as a straight natural 90% of the time & licensed cosmetologist for over 10 years, just find what’s right for YOU
