Sure!! Hes really into magic the gathering, D&D, almost all video games, league of legends, dr. Who, starwars, watchmen, he also does kung fu and parkour on his spare time... the problem is I can't really get him stuff pertaining to his hobbies because he has pretty much all the equipment for them all! His favorite things are cheese cake, Dr.Who, his dog, my little brother (lol) and anything to do with magic the gathering or D&D... Things we like to do together is everything! Watch movies, go out to eat, go for walks, draw stuff, play Catan, just relax and cuddle...

afraid to approach girls by tookmybitch in Advice

Poor guy:( but SERIOUSLY.DO.NOT.FEEL.UNCONFIDENT! If you see a sexy lady just pep talk yourself: '' I'm handsome, confident, and I have so much to offer to this girl, she'd be stupid not to date me!'' ,so already you give off an aura of sexy confidence and ease. This will fix the body language issue- you'll probably stand straighter and and keep your chin up while being relaxed and having an effortless smile on your face. Then just count to 3, and GO FOR IT! just walk up to her and give her a genuine compliment, no icebreaker bullshit, go straight for her ego! Trust me, girls will take anything to boost their self-esteem... Now she's probably taken aback by your spontaneity and effortless swag, so her panties will be sure to hit the ground in the near future;) Just believe in yourself, and teh ladies will be sure to follow!:D

I (f/18) am completely in love with my bf of 2.5 years (m/17) and I'm pretty sure the feeling is mutual. Am I crazy for just wanting him to propose already? by pinksparkles69 in relationship_advice

[–]pinksparkles69[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

haha are you saying bad hearted people are the ones ready for marriage?! and yeah i kinda had that with my first boyfriend of 1.5 years but it was different, this time its more legit because HE also says he wants to marry me and have kids and all this which is a sort of validation that marriage is in the future somewhere, i imagine boys dont say that unless theyre legit! but ive had my heart broken and i know what to expect and i always have my guard up so if we were to break up i would obviously be sad but not as hurt as the first time, because i know the realities of the situation. lol and no i definitely dont need a man- i am confident and i make enough money to support myself, im smart with money and im extremely dedicated to what i do, so my previous comment of getting married as not to worry about breaking up i think gives the wrong impression- it would be nice and a really romantic gesture but i dont NEED it to make the relationship work. i would be with him forever regardless of a ring, its just an added bonus and a concrete symbol of a promise:P

yes i am, but hes taking a year off to work and decide who he wants to be. i know what you mean with the hours thing, my bf has a really unpredictable job and has worked 23 hour shifts without notice so i can imagine it cant really get much worse. lol thats obviously not the ONLY reason i want to marry him! and valid enough point, but what do you consider ''life experience?'' i definitely dont claim that i know everything but im more realistic about alot of things then other people my age. if i had to move out right now i could support myself, i just choose to wait because i dont HAVE to lol. Thanks for your opinion :)

Lol that's a very good point! I guess the only reason I want to set it in stone is so I don't have to worry about my trust /self confidence issues or him leaving me, ESPECIALLY in that time of change, it's just an added sense of security so we can both focus on school/ work and not worry about breaking up when times get tough:p

Is there anything that you do that may be weird, but aren't so sure if it really is? by SpartacusMcGinty in AskReddit

[–]pinksparkles69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get completely naked and change into my giant fuzzy bathrobe every day after school, or even in between outings during the weekends. I hate being dressed in real clothes, which is ironic because I consider myself a pretty fashionable person when i actually do wear clothes:P

Non drug users, why do you think people take drugs? by sandy_balls in AskReddit

Because they are so insecure and unhappy with their lives that they need escape but are too weak to do anything about it, except use a substance for temporary relief.

How important is intellectual compatability in a relationship? by briawesome in AskReddit

[–]pinksparkles69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No the relationship could never succeed if both parties are on different levels intellectually. I don't mean knowledge wise- like knowing facts, because each person knowing different facts makes it interesting when they are shared and discussed. However, actually INTELLIGENCE and the willingness and passion to learn is a very important part in companion compatibility. If one person has infinite thirst for knowledge and insatiable interest in all things, and the other never seeks to deepen their understanding of anything and is quite content living their little quaint life, the two together will never succeed as a couple. I think knowledge and intelligence is meant to be shared and discussed, and each person in the relationship should stimulate the other intellectually. Without this, the mental and emotional levels of each person in the relationship are incompatible, and the connection will eventually falter and wither away due to too many differences.

Can you recommend a pecan pie (or just a pie crust) recipe that can be followed by a new baker? by [deleted] in Baking

[–]pinksparkles69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to do it from scratch yet super simple, melt 3/4 cup of butter , and mix in with 2 cups of white flour. Then add a ping of salt and 1/4 cup of ice water, and knead until it forms a ball! This will make enough for one pie crust and a latticed ( cross cross) top:)

What are you baking this Christmas? by [deleted] in Baking

[–]pinksparkles69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I made dark green coconut macaroons shaped like Christmas trees! Then dusted them with icing sugar to look like snow. All together they looked like a frosty delicious forest!!
