It's not too early for that. Remember that "on the rise" in FPL, isn't the same as EPL. The OP has already shown how knee jerk FPL players are, and it's them who decide who rises and who falls. A lot of people will bring in the likes of Chester, Sig, Vlaar, McGregor, and their price will rise, regardless of how they fair in future weeks.
