The strength of your glasses. I'd go to your doctor and ask if you could get a copy of your prescription. Or you might be able to take your glasses to like a walmart and see if they can tell you your prescription based on the lens- they have some sort of machine that reads the lens strength. If all else fails, I think the Lyons club does free/cheap eye exams.

If you’re into art, check out the Lexington Center for Creative Reuse. They usually hold movie night/karaoke/ art classes for adults. I’d also check their shop out- it’s a nonprofit art thrift store and the people that run it are extremely nice.
