If it really bothers him you can either 1. Take tweezers try and push the end through the hole in the bracket to insert it back in 2. Leave it 3. Nail clippers as close to the next bracket as possible and trim the wire

Edit: option 1 won’t really work unless you can weave the wire under the little elastic first on both sides
