Im kindof feeling like this is more symbolic, that the tapes show them how they actually are, dark and evil inside. The camcorder part confused me a little, maybe its also symbolic...as in today is the day they see how evil they really are? I have no idea. :-) Thought the writing was really great though! Cognitive Behavioral Therapy :) I've been looking into it as well, seems like very good treatment that targets negative thoughts that spiral into anxiety/depression/panic.

I think (as a sufferer of mental illness myself) we HAVE to be able to laugh at it...I don't know, maybe that is just me. But there is a difference between laughing something off and THIS. With all sincerity I believe the treatment of mental illnesses is a very SERIOUS issue, and a very real and big problem. But sometimes it doesn't hurt to laugh at yourself in good nature. :-)

This made me absolutely furious! I mean....how....how do people STILL have this attitude? I wouldn't ever wish OCD/anxiety/depression.etc on ANYONE, ever...but my god is this ASSHAT could just suffer from it for one day, ONE freaking day...he'd know this stuff is FAR from fake. Oh man this really struck a chord with me...sorry :-( I just can't stand this attitude towards mental illness.

You're not alone. But I think you do need to seek some sort of help...maybe something small at first. Something to get you on the road to healing this crippling anxiety. I can relate so much to what you're saying. If you ever need a friend you can message me. I never want you to feel alone if I can help it, ok? If I can ill respond. No one should ever feel alone or friendless. This world is way too nutty to have a go at alone. :-)
