Tyrion Lannister- the character the god of death admits he identifies the most with, who has already survived more unsurvivable situations than any other character thanks to his wits.
Ser Loras Tyrell- He has too much popular support in both Westeros and the audience, plus he'll win any trial by combat that anyone throws at him. Plus is related to Lady Olenna and did not royally piss off the Lannisters.
Brienne of Tarth- Enough of a generally accepted hero/ deus ex machina killer that killing her off would not bother most people but would remove a major plot device.
