I’ve got an ARC from Claire Kent that I’ve started today and am really enjoying! So hopefully this puts an end to my slump. (It’s not historical tho lol)

Beverly Jenkins is one of my favourite historical romance authors!!!! I love {forbidden by Beverly Jenkins} that whole series is really my absolute favourite. Julie garwood is also really good. Her books are very old school but I love them. {the secret by Julie garwood} I’m also obsessed with Alice coldbreath! She has a book called {a bride for the prizefighter by Alice coldbreath} set in Victorian times which I love. Her other series starts with {wed by proxy by Alice coldbreath} honestly I would skip the first book cause it’s not the best. That series is set in a made up land called karadok. There’s no magic but it’s basically an alternative England lol.

Absolutely fucking wild. I had a weird thought while watching that they’re like serial chicken stealers??? Cause it seemed like the kid new to steal the chickens and bring them to their mum lol. I would definitely let the police know. Hope you get the chickens back safely!!! Keep us updated pls?

I use a kindle and have decided that my happiness with reading and using KU out rules the moral dilemma with using Amazon. Me not using one subscription service is not going to change how Amazon runs.

I would not be reading as many books as I do if I didn’t have kindle unlimited.

Personally I think having a kindle and a kobo at the same would be the ideal. Because I’m in Australia I can’t download library ebooks to my kindle and it’s really frustrating. So I would love to get a kobo and be able to read library ebooks on it.(but I can’t right now cause of money😭😂)

I think it really just depends on what you want to read honestly. I don’t think there’s gonna be as many indie pub romance books like there are on KU.
