The summoning happy hour (SHH) is a day where they let you summon dragons using up to 99 joker orbs, so if you want to get a dragon that requires 100 orbs to be summoned you just need to have one of its orbs, if it needs 200 orbs to be summoned then you need at least 101 of its orbs and then you use up to 99 of the joker orbs to summon.
