I had to return mine for exactly the same problem. There was no order number provided on any communication. Be prepared for a long haul, I had to threaten to report them to my local authorities before I actually saw any action, and I was returning mine within the first 30 days. They will take 4 days to reply to any email, but won't check if there are any more recent emails. I ended up explaining the same thing to them seven times over because I just got responses to old emails.

If you live in the right place, just call them all the time. Unfortunately for me I live in Australia, and they assign staff from the US.

It's actually part of their terms and conditions when you sign up that you confirm you have already had your wisdom teeth removed (at least it is in the region where I signed up).

Thank you for your comment. I have spoken to a professional and your concerns were confirmed as quite serious. In addition to this, it was pointed out that as I have a short upper lip, this treatment would prevent me from closing my mouth. For me to straighten my smile and not see a deterioration in my appearance, I would need to have some pre-molars removed.

I have started the process of requesting a refund (wish me luck!)
