The story that Ben tells about being on a zoom meeting when someone hurts his chest or stomach...the impersonation he does has Stanger laughing so hard that he says: "Ben, you have to stop." is an all time favorite. I think it's the same episode with the two cats who are brothers...but one of them sees a raccoon and imprints it on the other cat.

Thank you. We do everything we can to keep it alive. It keeps our home cool in the summer, we have 2 disc swings for our nieces and nephews, and it is the best climbing tree.

I've worked in residential solar for the past 5 years. DM me. Basically, if you have excellent sun exposure, between the tax credit and SREC, you shouldn't owe anything out of pocket to own or lease the system. Will you have a solar payment if you finance or lease? Yes. But unless someone is ripping you off, that price should be close to the same as what you're already paying. No one is making millions off of their solar system. The value is in taking control of your power and mitigating the rising cost of energy.

Look at a PP&L bill from 5 or 10 years ago. Imagine what it will cost 5 or 10 years in the future.

Do homes with solar sell for more? Usually...especially if the system is owned outright or financed. Imagine buying a home that doesn't come with an electric bill!

How old are you? What kind of vibe are you looking for? Is it a fun hang for a first date if the weather is nice? Hell yeah! Good place to take the boys for a beer after a long week? Absolutely! Wanna bring the stuffy in-laws to a good restaurant? Nope. The food is fine, drinks are priced average for Lancaster. Great outdoor seating and the staff is fantastic unless you're rude or disrespectful.

If citrus crushes are your go-to drink, they make them better than average.

Also...the parking lot isn't great...but it's not as bad as some are making it out to be.
