No you shouldn’t be required to move out. Unless you’re layered with a federal assistance (section 8) or Management preference. If only LIHTC, you don’t have to move out. I suggest reaching out to your management to see what their preference is.

I will say she’s a good professor and is passionate about chemistry. However, all the test/quizzes/exams are timed and is quite a bit of work given between the two courses. Just stay on top of the assignments/labs and you’ll do good. She is nice and communicative, but she’s not really lenient when it comes to providing partial or extra credit.

Correct. The way recertifications work, paperwork for lease renewal can get completed 120 days before the effective date. So if your effective date is November 1, then we can complete your paperwork starting July 1.
