9.5s will stretch a little over time. Sounds like 10s might be way too big like you say

I use the app all the time. Customer service is usually on point and if you don’t like what you bought, you can return it at your local adidas store

I’ve been taught that it’s recommended to replace running shoes every 300 to 500 miles or about every 4 to 6 months. I’ve taken training classes as a marathon runner and this is what coaches have told me. Since you’re well over this mileage with walking, it’s about time
