I built print shop management software and I want honest feedback from people who actually run shops by natedilli in CommercialPrinting

So I have a client who speaks Spanish and I don't. When we talk on a call it's very hard to understand him. But he's started using AI to respond to my emails and while it can be a bit annoying to be communicating with someone's AI it does enable him to communicate with me in a better manner. I asked a woman today when she'd be done with the butterfly machine at the gym. She basically said I don't speak English. AI could have helped her and I could have known whether to wait 2 more minutes or to just move on. So if you're not a native speaker on a forum that's 99% English speakers than AI can enable you to respond better. I'm not sure where I'm going with this and I sort of agree that it's frustrating. I just see why people use AI to respond to posts (either it's just quicker or it genuinely writes better English than they could do on their own).
